Returns:
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and bouquets, we cannot accept returns.
Refunds / Complaints:
If your bouquet arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or call.
We will either replace the bouquet or provide a full refund at our discretion.
Note:
Ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct to avoid delivery issues.
