Payment:

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) in Karachi. Payment must be made in full upon delivery.

Delivery:

We aim to deliver orders on the selected date. Same-day delivery is available for Karachi orders.

Ensure your address and contact number are correct to avoid delays.

Perishable Items:

All bouquets and flowers are perishable. We cannot accept returns for fresh items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive the order.

Limitation of Liability:

We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Privacy:

Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing and delivery.
